So, who is Phil, and what’s all this about goggles, anyway?

I Don’t Wear Goggles is the somewhat random name for both my personal photography project and that for my professional freelance photography service.

I first encountered the exposure triangle in high school in 2003. It was a different era. That was the tail end of classes where 35mm film and a traditional darkroom were still used.

A few years later I completed a Bachelor of Communication with a major in Journalism, at Western Sydney University, which included units covering photojournalism, media production, public relations, and other areas of interest.

I started offering a professional photography service in 2017, and employed Bella as an Assistant Photographer between 2020 and 2022.

Fast forward to today and you’ll find me taking photos either solo or with the excellent team at Randy Harry Productions.

I am a member of the Media, Entertainment, and Arts Alliance.

Playing with light or telling a story through visuals? I always look forward to it.
